Syfr Corporation produces professional growth experiences for school district personnel. We contract with your district to create retreats, events and continuing education around specialized topics. Syfr consultants participate as presenters and speakers and contract with authors and other professionals to meet your custom requirements. We develop, to your specifications, the events. We can utilize and develop the talents of your own staff to facilitate and manage breakout sessions and the conference itself, or provide conference management services.
Syfr's professional growth experiences include pre- as well as post-conference coursework for participants. We design our events to convert the conference experience into professional practice. Our own online course delivery system, the Syfr Digital Campus, provides the content for the custom course.
The philosophy that drives Syfr is the belief that the intersections of diverse ideas create the climate for change and that real change requires that we put new ideas into daily and ongoing practice.
